This was my first positive experience dealing with Enterprise. My past experiences with the JFK and Jamaica locations were disasters. All my future rentals will be with Tyshawn and staff at Valley Stream.
This office is small and limitied in cars, however the service is second to none. They made sure I was completely satisfied and worked with me through my electronically problems. I also want to shout out Candance Willis and Tyshawn Good for outstanding service and helping me the most.

I had mechanical troubles with my car and rented a vehicle from the Valley Stream Enterprise location at the last minute. Assistance and service by representative Tyshawn in renting the vehicle was outstanding.
I had arrived just before closing on a Sunday, and after a wait in line, I presented my ID and documents and was on my way. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Returning the vehicle was easy and completed within 5 minutes.
It was very chaotic place. No Management.. There was one tall African American girl trying to tell everyone what to do. I feel bad for her. It took us 45 minutes to get our car. it was same case with others. This place needs some college educated professionals with customer service background! I have had very good experiences with Enterprise before. This was an odd one! Please see the surveillance camera for your record!
