I went here last night to look for a top to wear to a party. So many to pick from. Pretty colors and styles to choose from. I found a pretty beige blouse one with a ruffled collar. While I was there a salesgirl was telling me about the sales that there were and showing me some new clothing they got in. I felt very comfortable there. Service was terrific.
I bought a shirt online and went to the store to exchange it for the same shirt a size bigger, and they photocopied my shipping receipt! When I asked why, the cashier told me that's their only proof of return. Now that's stupid, because she then printed out two receipts. .. one for me to sign showing the exchange which they keep and one for my records. So now they have my billing and shipping address and my credit card info from my shopping receipt, that's a consumer privacy and security issue! Also checked the website and this is not Charlotte russe official policy. I will be reporting this.

After a rude worker ignored my question I then waited for 5 mins with no one opening the fitting rooms to try on one item that I didn't even get to try on
